We generally ship our products through DTDC courier . However, you can also make a request at the time of purchase for a preferred courier service which is available nearest to you. We will make it convienent for you.
Usually, we will ship the orders within 5 hrs after your purchase.
It will take 4-5 days to reach you depending on the shipping address.

We take utmost care while shipping your orders/products. A thourough check will be done before shipping any product.
We request our cumsomers to make a video while opening the courier parcel. Without which no requests for return/exchange will be entertained.
We usually do not offer any exhange/return for small issues like color, wrong product ordered,etc., So, it is your sole responsibility to check twice before ordering any product.
Parcel opening video is must for processing exchange/ return in certain cases.
Since, we produce handloom products, there may be minute/very small damages which will not be considered as a defect/damage in respect of handloom products.
We provide exchange for only large damages, if any with a proof of parcel opening video. The damage should be clearly visible in the video at the time of parcel opening only.
Return/Exhange request should be made on the same day of parcel delivery witin 5 hrs from parcel opening.
